  • Overview

    As a Software Adoption Project Manager (SAPM) for vCom, you’ll develop manage, and execute on the Invoice Managment process and all related customer projects.  You'll work to set and manage customer expectations, deliver on those expectations, and identify areas for process improvements.  You’re a self-starter, who is both resourceful and willing to take initiative.  Through thoughtful listening, you identify and recommend enhancements and innovative ideas frequently.  Your knack for organization and follow-through with a focus on implementation brings your ideas to life.  You bring your positive energy, people skills, and flexibility to work with you daily.

     

    What you’ll do:

    • Responsible for Invoice Management portion of Carrier Direct / Expense execution, including documentation of steps involved
    • Serve as a SME for the Invoice Management portion of Carrier Direct / Expense in vManager for customers and employees
    • Establishes and implements project plan for customer Carrier Direct / Expense invoices
    • Works with Account Teams when launching a Carrier Direct / Expense invoice project to ensure customer expectations are accurately set
    • Monitor and take ownership of Carrier Direct / Expense Invoice Management tool
      • Obtaining LOAs from customers
      • Obtaining portal access or other invoice requirements
      • Act as a liaison between vCom and 3rd party vendors
      • Manage outstanding cases for delays and engage vCom IT accordingly
    • Work independently to refine and improve Invoice Management process. This process will be owned start to finish by the Project Manager
    • Document process improvements / challenges / lessons learned / best practices and ensure current process remains clearly defined in Viki and communicated to the Account Team
    • Maintains inventory of training materials in anticipation of future training requirements
    • Works with IT to drive customer enhancements, keeping a strategic eye out for opportunities to improve the platform; retains a focus on usability and customer feedback
    • Demonstrates commitment to vCom’s core values by leading, acting and behaving in a manner consistent with these values
    • Facilitate and manage special software projects as assigned

     

    What you’ll bring:

    • Must be a self-starter, resourceful and willing to take initiative
    • Ability to go beyond a ‘script’ to get a firm understanding of customer needs
    • Excellent verbal and exceptional written communication skills, with ability to communicate complex technology concepts and application
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Willingness to be flexible in order to meet deadlines and complete projects as assigned
    • Able to successfully interact with customers and understand the needs of each unique organization
    • Able to maintain professional poise and comfort leading discussions with decision makers, end-users and IT professionals
    • 2 + years in a training role, with 3 + years in telecommunications or related SaaS experience

     

    It’s also helpful if you’ve got:

    • BA / BS in related field, or equivalent experience

     

    The Selection Process

    • After submitting a resume, qualified candidates will be invited to complete two separate assessments
    • Once the assessments are completed, candidates will participate in a pre-screening phone screen with Human Resources
    • A select group of candidates will be interviewed, in person and/or via video call (rounds of interviews may include the team and the VP of Customer Experience)
