Our combination of technology and professional services help enterprise organizations rollout new technology, control costs and provide total clarity for every penny spent during the lifetime of the relationship.

 

We are seeking a resourceful, driven, results-oriented consultant to help us set, drive, and execute on our revenue goals. You’ll set priorities and make key strategic decisions on our existing major account base, while calling on your own book of business to actively onboard with vCom. You’ll shape and influence every part of our account management and sales process to roll out a winning strategy that has material impact DAILY. You should bring a passion for tech, entrepreneurial ambition, and most importantly deep sales expertise. Ideally you’ve sold SaaS and telecom related services to enterprise businesses. You’ll need to be able to remove your own roadblocks and invent alternative methodologies that open new pathways forward.

You’ll see professional development in several dimensions, including the ability to develop into leadership positions.

 

Within 1 Month you’ll…

  • Thoroughly know our customers, their needs, and how our product adds differentiated value.
  • Gain deep understanding of our product, services and key value props.
  • Confidently run in-product demos for a variety of audiences, including your own book of business.
  • Develop close relationships with Marketing, Customer Engagement and Operations and work cross-functionally to support top-level company goals.

Within 3 Months you’ll…

  • Master a consultative strategy to sell vCom’s Solutions in ever-larger and more complex deals.
  • Prioritize strategic opportunities and resources to maximize your own output.
  • Contribute to the growth of the team and help mentor and train up other reps.

Within 6 Months you’ll…

  • Shape, iterate, and scale your consultative approach to customers on all our product offerings
  • Have dynamic new opportunities open up to you; choose to focus on new customer segments or new specializations.
  • Hit and exceed your quota numbers!
